Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of GamingProxy (gamingproxy.eu). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them — particularly the acceptable-use and liability sections. Last updated: June 2026.
The terms you agree to
1. Acceptance
By registering for, accessing or using GamingProxy, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. The service
GamingProxy provides Polish 4G/5G mobile proxy IPs aimed at gaming use cases — low-ping routing to game servers, regional access from Poland, route testing and launcher compatibility. The service is a network tool: it changes the route your traffic takes, nothing more.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any illegal activity. You must not use it to run cheating tooling that violates a game's terms of service where doing so is unlawful, nor for intrusion, unauthorised access, fraud, or to harm, harass or defraud others. You are responsible for staying within the anti-cheat and platform rules of any game you play. We may act on credible reports of abuse.
4. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us through support if you believe your account has been compromised. We hash stored passwords, but you must choose a strong one and keep it private.
5. Billing, subscription and trial
The service may be offered on a subscription or trial basis. Pricing, plan terms and any trial period are presented to you before you commit, and recurring plans continue until cancelled in line with the plan terms. These terms describe billing in general; specific payment steps are handled at the point of purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. No absolute uptime or ping guarantee
Network performance depends on factors outside our control — your ISP, the distance to the game server, and the game operator's own infrastructure. We do not guarantee a specific ping, latency improvement, or uninterrupted uptime. Any figures on the site are typical observations, not promises, and the route test exists so you can measure real results yourself.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamingProxy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost rank, lost data, or losses arising from network performance, downtime, or your use of the service. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, abuse the network, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as liability limits — continue to apply.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
