What to include

For routing questions, include the game and target region plus a proxied-vs-direct test. For billing or account questions, just the email on the account is enough. The more context you give up front, the faster we close the loop.

Do I need an account to get support?+
For account, billing and routing issues, yes — the ticket system lives in your dashboard so we can see your IPs and route tests. Pre-sales questions about what the service does are answered across the site and on the pricing page.
How fast will I hear back?+
Most tickets get a first response within one business day, Monday to Friday CET. Routing tickets move faster when you attach a proxied-vs-direct test.
Can I get help choosing a carrier or region?+
Yes. Open a ticket with the game and target region and we will point you at the carrier and exit that tends to give the cleanest path for that title.
